Refine Skin & Beauty is the proprietor and operator of this website, and throughout this Terms of Use policy, will be denoted as "We," "our," and "us." Your utilization of this site implies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions outlined on this web page.
Appointment Reminders
You will receive an email reminder 48 hours and text message reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please respond ‘Y’ to confirm your appointment, or ’N’ to cancel your appointment. Alternatively, you can contact our salon via phone or email to re-schedule.
Deposit, Cancellation, Rescheduling policy
A deposit of 30–50% is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment on the day.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly require the following notice:
• For services less than 60 minutes: a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
• For services 60 minutes or longer: a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Appointments changed within the required notice period will have the deposit transferred to a new booking.
Late cancellations, changes outside the required notice period, missed appointments or no show will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Limited-Time Promotions
Exclusive promotions from Refine Skin & Beauty are valid strictly within the specified time frame and will not be extended beyond this period. Payment for specials cannot be made in advance for appointments scheduled outside of these dates unless bought as a gift voucher (limited per customer). Once the special's expiration date has passed, the treatment will return to its original price.
These promotions are non-transferable to other services and cannot be acquired as gift vouchers.
Modification To The Services And Prices
The prices of our products may change without prior notice. We retain the right to alter or terminate the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. We hold no liability to you or any third party for any modifications, changes in pricing, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase and are redeemable for the treatment specified or the dollar value paid. Vouchers purchased before 18 March 2026 may vary in validity. Please check the date printed on your gift voucher. If treatment prices have increased, the price difference applies. Dollar-value vouchers may be used toward any treatment or product at Refined Skin & Beauty. If the original treatment is unavailable, the voucher may be used toward another treatment or product of equal value. Appointments are essential and subject to availability. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the voucher being forfeited. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refined Skin & Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. In the unlikely event that Refined Skin & Beauty permanently closes, any unused gift vouchers will no longer be redeemable. We recommend using vouchers within their validity period to ensure you can enjoy your treatments. Please refer to our standard Terms and Conditions.
