Mechanism of Spicule treatment
Spicule treatment uses microscopic needle-like structures that physically penetrate the skin’s outer layer—the stratum corneum—and reach into the epidermis. Once applied through massage or stamping, these spicules:

They form tiny, temporary channels in the skin without causing bleeding, similar to microneedling.
